By accessing or using PayTiller's website, platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our services. If you are registering on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or security breach. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information at all times.
You agree to use PayTiller only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not misuse the platform, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use it in any way that could damage, disable or impair the service.
Certain features of our services may be subject to fees, which will be communicated to you clearly before you commit. You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your use of the service, and fees are stated exclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayTiller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty US dollars (US $50), whichever is greater.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these terms or if we determine that continued use poses a risk to the platform, its users or legal obligations. You may stop using the service at any time and close your account in accordance with our procedures.
We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page, and where changes are significant we will make reasonable efforts to notify you. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
